Tineffa Naisso of French Guiana is the new Miss Caraibes Hibiscus 2010. She was crowned on December 4th in Saint Martin. The 1st runner-up was Miss Venezuela, and the 2nd runner-up was Miss Dominica.
It was the pageant’s 20th edition.
