Melina Ramirez Serna, from Versalles, was the winner of Miss Valle 2012 pageant (watch the crowning moment). In a beautiful golden gown designedby Carlos Arturo Zapata, Serna received the crown from the hands of Miss Colombia Universe 2011, Catalina Robayo, who’s also from the department of Valle.
The 1st runner-up was Lina Paola Doneys, and the 2nd runner-up was Angela Maria Yepes.
The new Miss Valle will compete in Miss Colombia Universe 2012, in the upcoming month of November (2011).
