The city of Malabo witnessed the election of the first ever representative of Equatorial Guinea in Miss World, and she is Jennifer Riveiro Ilende, 21, 1.80 m-tall.
The only African independent country to have Spanish as its main official language (French and Portuguese are also official), Equatorial Guinea is located in Middle Africa.
The country debuted in the Grand Slam last year, when Nerre Priscila Barila Buale participated in Miss Supranational 2011. Jennifer, however, will be Equatorial Guinea’s first representative in Miss World and in the G2.
Best of luck!
I Like her.
Very lovely african style.
I will choose her to my semifinalist.
What’s up with all these new african countries participating in Grand Slam pageants. If they wanted to participate, they should at least choose average girls to compete not otherwise
Shame on you!
welcome to this new miss!
wasn’t Miss Equatorial Guniea suppsed to also compete at the 2012 Miss Universe pageant ?
does she have some spanish blood?
Great to see so many debut countries in Miss World – it really is the premier global pageant. And this lady is lovely!
She is lovely, well done Equatorial Guinea and welcome to the pageant world.
She looks so pretty….
I am inclined to say not so pretty- she is okish- I have seen better Guinean beauties
