The greatest teen beauty contest on the globe is back! Miss Global Teen 2012 will take place in the exciting capital city of Argentina, Buenos Aires, from November 20-25 (final event on the 24th).
Buenos Aires gets ready to welcome some 25 beauties from all continents to compete for the title Miss Global Teen 2012. The winner will win USD 5000 cash, among other prizes. She will be crowned by beautiful Mayte Medina, from the Dominican Republic, the first ever Miss Global Teen.
The local committee, presided by Nadia Cerri, is proud to host the event: “It’s an honor for us to work closely with the Miss Global Teen Organization to put together a great show in Argentina. We look foward to welcoming all the girls in our beautiful city and country”.
The official hotel of Miss Global Teen 2012 is the Dazzler Tower Recoleta. The final event will happen at the magnificent Palacio San Miguel, in Buenos Aires.

The first edition of Miss Global Teen happened in 2010, in Campo Grande, Brazil. It was a huge success and revealed beauties who have competed, and ocasinally won, Grand Slam national titles, like Miss Universe Canada 2011, Miss International Guatemala 2012, and Miss Universe Bolivia 2013. Others have gone on to become great fashion models in their countries.

I AM GLAD TO SEE THIS PAGEANT COMING ALIVE AGAIN…..AND LET ME ADD, THE MAJORITY OF THE GIRLS ARE FAR BETTER THAN SOME SEMIS OF EVEN MISS UNIVERSE, PERU BRASIL VENEZUELA POLAND BELGIUM SENEGAL USA BOLIVIA I CAN SEE THEM ALL DOING GREAT IN THE FUTURE…WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE SOUTH AFRICA AND MAYBE MORE ASIAN COUNTRIES.

Why didn’t Canada look like that at Miss Universe?
I am so glad Miss Global Teen is “back in the saddle” again. The 2010 edition had stunning teens and I anticipate a great pageant with very competitive girls. Miss GT Bolivia looks like a winner to me so far…looking forward to seeing more pics…Good Luck!
I am glad Global Teen is returning I thought the 2010 winner was stunning and it would have been sad to let this contest die. Talking of which what happened to a contest called (i Think) Miss Silverbird who was won by Serbia who had previously been placed in MU a few years before. This was a contest with stunning winner but nothing heard of it since. I think it was an African contest.
We are happy with the return of this prestigious event. As it has been missed to have quality in the industry of international teen pageantry.
