Miss Rio Grande do Sul Latina 2013 was crowned in Novo Hamburgo on August 11, and the winner was Júlia Guerra, from Soledade. The 1st runner-up was Miss Santa Maria, Vitória Bisognin (R), and the 2nd runner-up was Miss Gramado, Ronédi Enfroff.
Júlia will compete in Miss Brazil Latina 2013, in Recife, in October. The national winner will go on to compete in Miss Latin America in the World, next year, in Mexico.
Pageant followers attending the pageant commented on the striking resemblance of the 1st runner-up, Vitória Bisognin, and Miss USA 1996 and actress Ali Landry.
33 candidates competed in an event organized by Luciano Viana and Tiago Martins.
