The first runner-up was Brunilla Novela Ekoumbi Moussadingo, who received the Miss Gabon World 2013 title. She will represent Gabon in Miss World 2013 in Indonesia on September 2013. Finalist Reilly Darniche Mboumba Makaya got the tiele Miss Gabon International 2013 and will compete in Miss International 2013. Also a finalist, Woleu-Ntem will represent Gabon in Miss Supranational 2013.

I think Miss World needs to get over it when it comes to having separate pageants. There are countries that have their winner go to both or pick two winners or more winners for all the major pageants. It costs a lot more when separate pageants have to be produced.

Gabon seems to be taking the MU pageant really seriously in just the short time that it’s been participating. It’s unfortunate that their original winner couldn’t compete in MU 2012 because she was in my top 3, but their first runner-up was still a really good contestant.

I THOUGHT THE ORIGINAL PLAN WAS TO SEND THE WINNER TO BOTH MW AND MU.
THESE AFRICAN COUNTRIES SHOULD FOCUS ON MW SINCE THEY ARE ALMOST CERTAIN TO HAVE 2 GIRLS IN THE SEMIS FOR MU ITS A GAMBLE.
