Cassidy Wolf of California was the winner of Miss Teen USA 2013, a pageant which took place in the Bahamas, on August 10. She is 19 years old, 1.71 m-tall, hails from Temecula, California, and is a college freshman whose main artistic talent is dancing. She is California’s 2nd Miss Teen USA, after Shauna Gambill in 1994. Shauna later became Miss United States World 1998 and a semi-finalist in Miss World.
The 1st runner-up was South Carolina – Tori Sizemore; 2nd runner-up was West Virginia – Haley Holloway; 3rd runner-up was Georgia – Julia Martin; and the 4th runner-up was Minnesota – Maggie McGill.
The candidates who placed in the top 16 (semi-finalists) were Alabama – Lorin Holcombe, Arkansas – Abby Floyd, Hawaii – Samantha Neyland, Kansas – Alyssa Klinzing, Lousiana – Bailey Hidalgo, Maryland – Hannah Brewer, Missouri – Brenda Smith-Lezama, New Jersey – Christina Thompson, New York – Nikki Orlando, Tennessee – Emily Suttle and Wisconsin – Kathryn Redeker.
Nebraska won Miss Congeniality and Oklahoma was voted Miss Photogenic.
This was the pageant’s 31st edition.
