Brazil crowned International Queen of Coffee 2014

610998-1055740Priscilla Medeiros Durand (24) from Maceió (Alagoas), Brazil, was crowned Reina Internacional del Café  (International Queen of Coffee) 2014 during the annual event held at Teatro Los Fundadores in Manizales, Colombia, on January 11th.  Medeiros was a finalist in the Miss World Brazil 2013 competition.

The Virreina (2nd place) was Colombia, while 3rd place went to Spain; Paraguay and Uruguay came in 4th and 5th places, respectively.

Its the 8th crown that Brazil has won in the pageant’s 57-year history. 23  beauties competed in the pageant, which is one of the attraction of Manizales’ world-famous Fair of Coffee.  Photos courtesy La Patria
