Rules of the Game:
* Each country/territory is represented by its candidate to have achieved the highest rank in a Grand Slam pageant between 2003 and 2007. Those which did not have candidates who placed in Grand Slam pageants at all, had their representatives chosen by a jury designated by Global Beauties;
* Unseed countries (with no placements) must go through the Qualifying Round. The following rounds were defined by seeds, determined by the Grand Slam Ranking;
* Games' scores will based on judges votes until the 'Round of 16'. From then on, public voting (50%) and judges' votes (50%) will count.
