The Miss International 2006 beauty pageant kicked off in Tokyo on October 13th. About 42 of this year's 60 contestants paraded in their national costumes and swimsuits during the official press presentation. The photographers chose Thailand's Vasana Wongbuntree as this year's winner. The final of the annual beauty pageant takes place in Beijing, Saturday, Nov. 11.
