Rachel Smith, a 21-year old Journalist from Tennessee, won the Miss USA 2007 pageant held March 23rd at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles. Smith, who served as an intern in the publicity department at Harpo Productions, Inc. and “The Oprah Winfrey Show”, stands 1.80 m tall and will represent the USA during the Miss Universe 2007 pageant in Mexico.
