Miss Mundo Brasil 2008

Tamara Almeida will compete in the 58th Miss World pageant in Kiev

Tamara Almeida Silva (22) from Ipatinga (Minas Gerais), won the title of Miss Mundo Brasil 2008 during an event held at the Eco Resort Angra in Angra dos Reis, Brazil; and will represent Brazil at the Miss World 2008 pageant in Kiev, Ukraine, next October.

The 1st runner-up was Vivian Noronha Cia from Parana (Umuarama) and the 2nd runner-up was Anelize Garcia from Parana (Maringa). The remaining finalists were Geise Werzenska (Rio Grande do Sul) and Nayara Lima (Rio de Janeiro-Campos).
