Morocco wins Manhunt International 2008 title

Seoul, KOREA - Abdelmoumen El Maghraouy, 26, the representative of Morocco, was elected Manhunt International 2008, in Seoul, Korea (photo, C). Manhunt Sweden, Egill Arnljots (photo, 2nd L), 21, was the 1st runner-up, Manhunt Costa Rica, Cesar Vargas (photo, 2nd L), 25, was the 2nd runner-up, Manhunt Korea, Lee Jae-Hwan (photo, 1st L), 22, was the 3rd runner-up, and Manhunt Angola, Claudio Furtado (photo, 1st R), was the 4th runner-up.

The semi-finalists were the candidates from China, Yang Yao (6th place), India, Romeo Gates (7th place), Brazil, Thiago Testoni (8th place), Hong Kong, Mingo Lin (9th place), United States, Brandon Michael Anderson (10th place), England, Sam Whitman (11th place), Panama, Anthony Warren (12th place), Luxembourg, Koen Van de Voorde (13th place), Venezuela, Orlando Delgado (14th place), and Philippines, Marvin Wijangco (15th place).

The winner is a Teleoperator from Rabat who stands 1.90 m tall. He is the first Moroccan to win a Grand Slam title, male or female.
