Miss Puerto Rico International 2008

San Juan, PUERTO RICO - Miriam Pabón Carrión is the new Miss Puerto Rico International 2008 and will represent the island in Miss International 2008 in Macau.

She was selected in a casting by Creative Options, the local franchise holders.

Miriam competed in Miss World Puerto Rico 2008.

Puerto Rico won the Miss International title once, back in 1987, with Laurie Simpson.
