The United States wins the second edition of the pageant held in Monteria, Colombia

Montería, COLOMBIA, June 22 – Joanna De Los Ángeles Parra Córdova (right), the representative of the United States, was crowned International Cattle Queen'09 in Montería, Colombia, last Sunday evening.

María Astrid De La Espriella Simanca won the Colombian title, and will compete internationally in 2010.
