HAGATNA, June 1– Racine Manley, a 1.68 m-tall beauty from Hagatna, is the new Miss Universe Guam. She will represent her territory in Miss Universe 2009, in the Bahamas.

Guam's best placement in Miss Universe's history came in 1982, when Patty Chong Kerkos placed second, in Lima, Peru.
