Dayana Mendoza crowned the winner

Mar del Plata, ARGENTINA, May 25 – The Miss Universe Argentina 2009 finals took place at the Salón de las Américas in NH Hotel Provincial in Mar del Plata.

Winner- Joahanna Mariel Lasic (photo)
1st RU- Gretel Venecia Otto
2nd RU- Gisela Melisa Berger Villa

Joahanna, who was crowned by the current Miss Universe, Venezuela's Dayana Mendoza, will represent Argentina in Miss Universe® 2009 in the Bahamas this August.
