The pageant took place in Lugano

Lugano, SWITZERLAND, May 4 – André Reithebuch, 22, won the title of Mister Switzerland 2009. The gala ceremony took place in Lugano.

Delmarque Vilela Gomes de Barros was the first runner-up and Giovanni Romero was second runner-up.

The new Mister Switzerland is expected to represent his country at the upcoming Mister World 2009 contest.
