Amanda Ole Sulul (center) was crowned Miss Universe Tanzania 2008 at an event held at the Royal Palm Hotel in Dar Es Salaam on May 29th.
Amanda is 20 years old, stands 1.72 m tall and comes from Arusha town, which is near Mount Kilimanjaro. Her parents are Maasai. She will represent Tanzania at the Miss Universe 2008 contest in Nha Trang, Vietnam.
The 1st runner-up was Jamila Nganya (right) and the 2nd runner-up was Eva Babuely (left).
The winner was crowned by Flaviana Matata, last year's titleholder and also Top 10 finisher in Miss Universe, assisted by Micaela Reis, Miss Angola 2007 and also Top 10 finisher in Miss Universe. |
