Mariann Birkedal (photo), a student/model from Stavanger, was crowned Froken Norge Universe 2008 at a special event held in Oslo on May 31st.
Mariann is 1.73 m tall and will represent Norway at the upcoming Miss Universe pageant in Nha Trang, Vietnam. She was crowned by Miss Norway 2002, Kathrine Sorland (Top 15 finalist in Miss Universe 2004).
