Claudia Ferraris (19) was crowned Miss Universo Italia 2008 during a ceremony held in Riccioni on May 31st. She will represent Italy at the 2008 Miss Universe contest in Nha Trang, Vietnam.
Claudia is from Bergamo. She stands 1.75 m tall and is student of Economics and Commerce. She was crowned by last year's titleholder (Valentina Massi) and reigning Miss Universe, Riyo Mori.
24 women competed in the contest.
