Vera Krasova (ru: Вера Красова) will represent Russia at the upcoming Miss Universe 2008 pageant in Nha Trang, Vietnam, on July 14th. Krasova was 2nd runner-up or "Vice miss" at the Miss Russia 2007 contest last december.

Vera hails from Moscow and stands 178 cm tall. The 20-year old model is also a student of architecture. During the past year, she worked at the housing and utilities office in the northern region or Orekhovo-Borisov.

She has been preparing for the Miss Universe competition by improving her English skills.
