Miss World Philippines 2017

23 year old Laura Victoria Lehmann was crowned Miss World Philippines 2017 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City last night. She stands 1.75m tall and will now start preparing to represent the Philippines at the 67th Miss World competition later this year. It was the first edition of the competition under the directorship of Arnold Vegafria and it was a glittering event attended by Miss World CEO, Julia Morley, the reigning Miss World, Stephanie Del Valle from Puerto Rico and the Continental Queens of Beauty. 


Three other titles were awarded on the night. Teresita Marquez was named Reina Hispanoameriana Filipinas 2017 while the Miss ECO Philippines title went to Cynthia Thomalla. Sophia Senoron was crowned Miss Multinational Philippines. The first princess was Glyssa Perez and the second princess was Zara Carbonell. 


The Philippines crowned another strong delegate. Well done and congratulations to the winners!
