Miss Grand Slam 2017 Round 1: Group 7 Results

Voting for Group 7 has concluded at www.votemissgrandslam.com and we can now reveal that the winner of the fan vote for Group 7, with 60% of the votes, is Miss Universe, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, from South Africa, who was crowned the 66th Miss Universe last November in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is now through to the second round of Global Beauties' 20th Miss Grand Slam contest.

Our judges have selected three more delegates from Group 7 to advance to the second round. They are:

Miss Universe Jamaica 2017, Davina Bennett, who was the second runner-up to Miss Universe 2017.

Our judges have also decided to send Miss International Venezuela, Diana Croce, who finished third in Miss International 2017, though she went unplaced at Miss World 2016.

And finally, from Group 7, our judges decided that Miss Grand South Sudan, Eyga Mojus, who finished in the top 10 of Miss Grand International 2017 should advance to the top 64 of Miss Grand Slam 2017.

Congratulations and welcome to Round 2, ladies!
