MGI 2019: the National Costume competition

It was 5 AM when the MGI 2019 candidates left the Tamanaco Intercontinental Hotel, headed to the legendary Poliedro de Caracas, the venue of many editions of the celebrated Miss Venezuela beauty pageant. This is where MGI´s Best National Costume competition was about to take place.

Though it was early in the morning, the 60 international delegates looked like they were ready and up for the challenge!

As the local production team finished working on the last details of the amazing stage, the MGI team got the girls´ hair & make-up done. Then it was showtime!

Clara Sosa, Miss Grand International 2018, was a great host for the morning spectacle, in which 60 incredible national costumes were showcased, getting a loud reaction by the hundreds of Venezuelan fans who attended it!
