The Mr World contest has had a busy and successful week in the Philippines, and we will go over the main happenings in the pageant.

We start by informing that 72 countries have made it to this year´s edition, which, in the end, is not a world record. In 2010, in Korea, 74 nations competed. For unknown reasons, the representatives of Scotland, Wales, Bolivia, Moldova, Sweden, Vietnam, and others who had been confirmed, never showed up for undisclosed reasons.

Reigning Mr World Rohit Khandelwal has arrived in the Philippines for Mr World 2019 and met with the country’s most influential media to talk about his reign and view on this year’s contestants.

Not everything is hard work for the 72 competitors. Recently they visited the beautiful Manohari Agri Farm at Rosario in Batangas, where they planted trees and were in contact with nature.

There´s has been a press conference, when local journalists and bloggers had the chance to chat with the candidates and organizers.

It´s good not only to see Mr World back, but back with style, in a country that provides attention and fun activities to the candidates. The Philippines has been a fantastic host country so far!
