Miss Supranational Germany 2022

Sabrina Binder, 25, a native of Munich, was crowned Miss Supranational Germany 2022 in Berlin - Potsdamer Platz, last January 7. She is going to Poland this summer for the world finals of Miss Supranational (13th edition).

The very first edition of Miss Supranational Germany began with the Supra Model by Tam Urbanek, when all the contestants wore their cocktail and evening dresses. Geraldine Burger of Augsburg won the Supra Model Award. Following was the Casual Interview, in which the winner of the Supra Chat competition was chosen. Anja-Kathrin Fenk of Regensburg clinched this title.

All the contestants paraded in their swimsuits by Akqua Kotur and in their evening dresses from various international designers, such as Benj Leguiab IV, Joan Samar, Nel Claveria, and Kelvin Bartolaba.

“There seems to be a spark of hope in German pageantry where beauty contests are stigmatized”, believes the Supranational German national director, Nestor dela Cruz. “Last year, for instance, Germany failed to send for the first time in history a candidate to Miss Universe, which is very sad. Germany is also yet to make the first cut in Miss Supranational’s 12 years of existence. So we believe that this new pageant represents hope for German pageantry”, he concluded.

On the brighter side, it must be said that Germany made the cut for the first time in Miss Grand International last December, with Luisa Victoria Malz having reached the Top 20 in the Thailand-based pageant.

The Miss Supranational Germany 2022 event was hosted by Vanessa Brodt and Denisse Nicolle Ligpitan (Miss Supranational Germany 2021). Miss Supranational Germany is produced by The Queens’ Camp headed by Nestor dela Cruz, with support from Seventh Agency. It is one of the first organizations to name its winners in 2022 and Germany’s first contest of the year.

Congratulations and much success to the winner!!
