STILL THE ONE: Manushi Chhillar has NOT been dethroned as Miss World

Internet rumors that Manushi Chhillar no longer rules as Miss World and has been replaced by former Miss World, Stephanie del Valle from Puerto Rico are totally inaccurate. Manushi has a knee injury. That is the only reason why the Indian beauty queen is out of action and wasn't able to attend an important fund raising event in Singapore (where over USD 4 million dollars were raised for children). As a former Miss World and Beauty With A Purpose Ambassador,  Stephanie   has stepped in to help the MWO in this important mission.

It is also not true that in case Miss World loses her crown, the first runner-up would not become Miss World. If Miss World is dethroned or gives up her crown, the first runner-up will be the one who assumes the title and Miss World'sā€™s obligations (which, again, is not the case here).

UNCHANGED: The results of the 2017 final are still exactly as it was on the 18th of November last year

With all made clear, long live this exceptional queen and REIGNING Miss World 2017, Manushi Chhillar!
