Miss Universe 2019 to be held in Atlanta (USA)

Atlanta, Georgia, USA, will host a Grand Slam international beauty pageant for the second time: Miss Universe. After being home to Miss World´s finals back in 1991, the capital and most populous city in the U.S. state of Georgia will now be the venue of Miss Universe 2019.

92 countries and territorries´ delegates are expect to hit the city on November 28-30. Preliminaries will happen on the 5th or 6th of December (it´s yet to be decided) and the Marriott Marquis Hotel will be the host hotel.

Miss Universe 2019 will be crowned by Catriona Gray of the Philippines on December 8th. The live Fox telecat will start at 7 PM, U.S. ET.

Representatives of Bangladesh and Equatorial Guinea will join the pageant for the first time, while Steve Harvey will present it for the 5th consecutive year.

The Atlanta History Center chronicles the city's past and the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site is dedicated to the African-American leader’s life and times. Downtown, Centennial Olympic Park, built for the 1996 Olympics, encompasses the massive Georgia Aquarium. It´s also home to CNN and Coca-Cola. The city has some great restaurants and clubs as well.
