Former Miss Supranational semi-finalist is Miss Universe Angola 2022
Miss Supranational 2021 sensation Swelia da Silva António is the new Miss Universe Angola. Miss Netherlands Angola, who represented the Netherlands in Miss Supranational 2021, in Poland, and placed in the Top 12, won the most prestigious beauty title in Angola and will now get ready to compete in Miss Universe 2022.
Miss Bié, Yasser Coimbra, was the 1st runner-up, and Nelma Ferreira, Miss Kwanza Norte, was the 2nd runner-up.
Leila Lopes, Miss Universe 2011, is the Miss Angola pageant organizer. The pageant was held in Benguela.
The very bright and congenial Swelia has a bachelor of Non-Profit, Public and Organizational Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Antonio obtained her master's degree in public administration from the International Institute of Social Studies at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in Rotterdam.
