Our Judges have spoken: Will the real pageant have a result like this? Tune into the 66th Miss Universe final tonight on FOX at 7 pm EST to find out! (New York Time)

The 66th Miss Universe pageant is almost over, and despite all the critics and bashing on social media about the competition not being up to standard with previous versions, everybody will still tune into the telecast to find out who will be the winner.

Our judges have voted in our Final Leaderboard, with very few surprises but lots of movement in the top positions.

South Africa continues to lead the pack, despite a less than stellar preliminary performance (make-up related), but her beauty and energy screams Miss Universe; we will see what happens.

She is followed by the Asian beauties from Thailand and Indonesia, with great performances, huge fan bases and overall beauty, enough to make the top positions.  Then we have Peru, who has been gaining points during the last days and of course Venezuela, who showed everybody that "Venezuela is Venezuela" when it comes to beauty pageants, even though during the last years the results were not favorable to them.

The beauty of Russia and Germany should automatically advance them in, after all Miss Universe is supposed to -still- be a beauty pageants, we hope it still is; followed by a spectacular Spain, and Mexico who has been looking her best; Philippines doesn't have the it factor of previous queens but nonetheless she will be there as she is beautiful and smart enough; then the afro-beauties from USA, Angola and Jamaica with terrific performances; India wants to take home the Miss Universe crown to have both the MW and MU titleholders like 1994 and 2000; she should be up there; then France, who did not perform as expected but still has the beauty to take it all; and finally Colombia who is trying to follow the steps of her three predecessors, but it has been somewhat difficult this year.

Other beauties in the Top 16 could include Iceland (who looked absolutely stunning in her evening gown), the beautiful Israel, Great Britain who has been doing everything right, the eloquent Guyana, Barbie-doll look alike Canada, Panama who made an amazing presentation, and then we have Finland, Nigeria, Chile (we hope she changes the dress that wouldn't let her walk) and Vietnam (a beautiful and lucky girl who has placed in every pageant she has competed in).

Only time and the Universe will know what will happen tonight.  Enjoy the pageant, don't take it too seriously and may the most deserving contestant win!  And that the 2018 edition recovers the glamour we all expect from such a grand competition as Miss Universe.
