Miss Universe Zambia 2018

Melba Shakabozha has been crowned Miss Universe Zambia 2018 at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre, on August 18th. The show was hosted by a Nigerian Movie Star, Mike Ezuruonye, and Natasha Van Der Maas. 

Melba Shakabozha will represent Zambia at the Miss Universe 2018 at the Impact Arena, Bangkok, Thailand, on December 17th.

In addition to participating in Miss Universe, Miss Universe Zambia gets as prize a Master´s Scholarship Overseas and she will get to speak at the 63rd Session UN Headquarters in New York, in March 2019.

Melba Emmanuelah Shakabozha is 23 years old and 1.73 m-tall. She is from Lusaka and a student of Radiology. The fashion model is a brand ambassador for Vodafone.

Zambia debuted in Miss Universe in 1974 and Melba will be its 18th candidate to compete. It has not yet made it to the semi-finals.
