GB Awards 2018: Miss Supranational wins "Best Official Photos"

Miss Supranational decided to innovate hiring Raymond Saldaña, Binibining Pilipinas official photographer, and it worked just fine for the Poland based beauty pageant: for the first time it bags the award for “Best Official Photos”. He truly did an excellent job!

But it was not an easy choice for our judges, as the top 3 crossed the finish line for this category nearly tied! Both Miss Universe (2nd) and Miss Grand International (3rd) also did quite well, as usual.

On the other opposite, Miss World (4th) and Miss International (5th), once again did not have official photos of their candidates taken during pageant weeks, which means that they use the photos sent by national directors only. The problem with that is that some are great, but others are average, or even really poorly done.…

An interesting observation: judge Richard Isa, from Curaçao, refrained from voting in this category. He told us: “Sorry, but they all sucked this year!”.
