Miss Grand Brazil 2020

The 2020 Miss Grand Brazil pageant recently took place at the Dall´Onder Grande Hotel, in Bento Gonçalves, Rio Grande do Sul state. twenty-two candidates competed for the title and the right to represent Brazil in Miss Grand International 2020, on October 25th, in Venezuela.

The winner was Lala Guedes, a 27-year-old student of Medicine from the city of Campina Grande, Paraíba. She became the first woman from the state of Paraíba to win a major female national beauty title in Brazil. Lala received the crown from the hands of Marjorie Marcelle, Miss Grand Brazil 2019 and the 4th runner-up in Miss Grand International 2019.

Miss Grand Espírito Santo, Mylena Duarte, placed 2nd, followed by Miss Grand Sergipe, Caroline Andrade, in 3rd place, Miss Grand Paraná, Kika Burda Thomsen, 4th place, and Miss Grand Alagoas, Ruthy Raphaella, 5th place.

The representatives of Goiás, São Paulo, Rio Grande do Norte and Bahia, placed in the Top 9, having the chance to deliver their peace speech.

Lala will now get ready to represent Brazil in Miss Grand International 2020.
