Miss Grand Japan 2022
The new Miss Grand Japan has been recently elected and she is Seira Inoue.
The 1st runner-up was Maria Nasu, while the 2nd runner-up was Mizuki Takashima.
The event was held at the Yokosuka Arts Theater, on August 6th.
The new Miss Grand Japan is 25 years old and has Japanese-Filipino roots. Seira hails from Tokyo and she is a professor at a Nursery school. She was born in the Philippines and moved to Japan when she was 3 years old. In 2015, when she spoke no English at all, she competed in Miss Grand Japan for the first time. Now fluent in English, she felt it was time to return and succeeded!
“For me world peace means equal human rights, technology, and education made available to all, benefiting all humanity´s welfare”, she believes.
She will represent Japan in the 10th edition of Miss Grand International, on October 25th, in Indonesia.
